Where is my refund? (Afterpay)Updated a year ago

All returns options are available for orders purchased with Afterpay.

Refunds processed via Afterpay will be adjusted by deducting them from the final installments in reverse order.

Please kindly note that if there are any outstanding installments and no payments have been made, no refund will be issued.

However, if the entire payment plan has been completed, Afterpay will issue a refund within 2-5 business days.

To avoid any dishonour fees, it is important to continue making the payments whilst the return is in transit.
